My Trip to Busselton

My Trip To Busselton

During the recent school holidays I went to Busselton with my mum and dad. This was a start to another big adventure. We woke up at the normal time, had some brekky and then we packed the car it was such a tight squeeze! It was a 2 hour and a half drive.

When we finally got there, the first road we were on was Bussell Hwy. Busselton was next to a big beach. Bussell Hwy was busy. It took us right to the door step of our campsite which was called Mandalay holiday and recreation park. It was soo huge. It had an indoor heated pool and a camper's kitchen. It even has chalets, caravan spaces and tent spaces.

We slept in a tent. It had two rooms and was rather big, taller than my dad. We stayed there for about 5 d
ays.

It was sooo fun and we went to Dunsborough and Yallingup but we didn't have enough time to go to Augusta.

We walked the 2km Jetty at Busselton and it
was windy. At the end, there was an underwater observatory. It's a real sea and built to not get wet and you can see the real sea!

I also met a new friend called Madeleine.
She's really kind. She's in a caravan. It's soooooooooooo cool because it's got a small kitchen and a mini master bed in it. It's got an extension to it so Madeleine and her two sister's can sleep in it. On the way home, we dropped by Madeleine's house to see how it looks. It was super duper cool coz in the morning you would look outside and see farmland! Mum says how can they look after a place like that!
