Well lately I've signed up for something else. CHOIR! It's called the Australian Youth Choir. It's so so so expensive and only really good singers get excepted! You have to wear really neat stuff like you have to have polished shoes and stuff! Here's some pic's of the robe we have to wear for performances!

Hi everyone,
I can't believe I'm in yr 6! OMG,OMG,OMG! I'm in a split class. I got Jessica Hancock in my class she's one of my best friends. I also got some really weird guys who are koko. (LOL) I got a cool teacher his name is Mr Owen he tells grouse jokes but at the same time makes me laugh like mad.

I am sitting in a group of four and we have got loads of homework but that homework is like research and stuff so i can go online and email you guys! It's really fun and I find it awesome to be in this class. In our class we have 3 computers and one for the teachers desk. I haven't been on the computers long but I went on because we had to research something at school.

At the moment we are concentrating on the Romans and we've done 2 experiments on pillars. We tested what was the diameter of different lengths of the paper and we made it into a cylinder and then we measured the diameter.

Then for the 2nd experiment we did a cylinder, square, hexagonal and triangular shaped pillars with the same length of paper and we measured how many cups of sand we can put on it until the pillar falls. Mr Owen asked the class to estimate which pillar would hold the most and guess what we were ALL wrong because everyone didn't think that the cylinder would hold the most but it did!! Even the smart kids were out-smarted. LOL!

Now we have to do a project on bridges and it's due 3 weeks from now and it has to be able to hold one can of beans!! Then we'll have a competition to see who's bridge is the strongest. I hope I get it done in time wish me luck! :P
