Week 8

So this week is week 8 of term 3 of school.


Can i say thank god that there is no homework nor assessments or assignments due, cause this week is busy enough in the music and LOTE department...when i say busy, i mean it.

This is this weeks rehearsal schedule...

Monday - Before school : Choir
Tuesday - Before school : Senior Guitar

Wednesday - Before school : Senior Guitar
Wednesday - During school : Japanese Excursion, which was awesome! >:)
Wednesday - After school : Jazz band

Thursday - Before school : Choir
Friday - After school : Wind Orchestra 1

I have rehearsals everyday this week.
But i'm not gonna complain, i actually like being super busy. I dont know why, but i like constantly doing things, even if it makes me sick the following week XD
I know im crazy. What can i say? It's what makes me unique.

Today was Wednesday, and referring back to my super skilled schedule, it was the busiest day, with a Japanese excursion and 2 rehearsals. The Japanese excursion was awesome, we got to speak in Japanese pretty much the whole day, and we had free Jap food, and learnt some new phrases. The day was based around food, and food etiquette. We got to meet a guy who was in the new Australian movie Red Dog. It was my first experience with Native Japanese speakers, who i communicated with well.

Friday night, is the music concert, which is what all this hype with rehearsals everyday of the week is. Right now, i'm so awake i could stay awake for hours more. But im gonna try get some "shut eye?"

So so so soryy...

SORRY.


I can't really say much more, i've been really lazy, and obviously haven't been updating. So i'm going to start fresh in 2012, cause apparently it's the last year before the world ends or something. I am so sorry, but i am not gonna update you on all the cheesyness of my life in the pass few months that i have not been blogging, but can trust me, it would save you alot of boringness.

...and why waste time on the past, when there is a much more exciting future ahead :)

So it's nearly 10pm, and i just finished english homework. English homework is one of my most dreaded. But i think it's starting to grow on me a little, cause at home, i can actually concentrate on what i'm writing.

I also had a semi-Japanese test today, and gosh it was the worst test ever. Let's just say i failed my listening part, and this is because i am very bad at listening and because the people on the CD speak way to fast. Yes i know english speakers are also pretty fast, but you should hear the CD it's going 100 miles an hour, even the teacher who lived in Japan for a while had to replay the CD to check the answer. Now, Semi tests only seem to occur during Japanese, as the teacher spends half the time on doing the listening part, and then we hardly have anytime left for the written and reading part. She is so kind, she let's us continue in the next period, which means study time in the middle for me!

So i promise these blogs will become more consistent. But then again, i think that's what i said last time, and failed miserably. Maybe you will hear from me, maybe not.

Minecraft

Hi guys!

Today i was meant to meet up with my friend, but she cancelled. So i guess i'm stuck at home doing nothing. I have 2 options, study, or computer?

I might do a bit of both but i think majority will be spent in front of the computer.

Yesterday was interesting. We have 2 plumbers come to our house and renovate the kitchen a little. We bought a new fridge the other day, and it had a water and ice dispenser. Yesterday the plumbers came to hook up the plumbing. The weird thing is that when the ice is made it'll fall down into the hatch where you can dispense it. But when it falls it makes a really loud noise, especially in the night. =.="

We also got a new sink installed which is really big, shiny and new! The old one looks really bad now.

it's been a long time...again

Ok, i really am truly sorry. Its been so hectic, busy, and tiring. But i guess now that it's the HOLIDAYS, i have no excuse. So that is why i am writing now. So the last time i wrote it was just becoming spring or 2010, well now it's just becoming winter of 2011. Shows how bad i am at keeping a routine.

Well over the summer holidays i took up surfing lessons, which was can i say one of the awesomest things i've done in my whole entire life of living. I only did it for 1 week and a half but i earned 2 levels :D

For scouts I completed an overnight hike, which is what I needed to complete my second level of badges. It
was a 15km ove
rnight hike. We hiked out to a campsite and stayed overnight then hiked back.

Term 1 was pretty hectic as well. Not only did I have my fully packed schedule, but I was also doing my Bronze Medallion for swimming, and rehearsals for The Wiz Musical.

Year 10 is soooo horrible. There is so much pressure. It’s either constant homework, or study for a major test, and when there is a major test all teachers are saying that other subjects don’t matter because their subject is the most important. This really pisses others and me off. ANDD, for every test there’s loads of pressure even if it’s a little quiz, cause it contributes to our marks, and if we don't get past a certain score then we won’t be able to pick that subject in Year 11 and then we study for what we want to do when we grow up. This gets really annoying too ><

That’s basically all that’s happened in Term 1, all 12 weeks of it. I know, it’s crazy 12 WEEKS OF SCHOOL!! AWHMAN, it really sucked, and I’m so glad it’s over. Cause then we get holidays!
